If you're passionate about caring for people, please consider joining our amazing team. We are hiring for full time and part time servers. Starting wage is $13.00/hour and may vary depending on experience. We are hiring for the following shifts: 11a-7p, 6a-2:30p, 10a-2p, and 5p-9p.

Server Position Summary:

Assist residents and guests in community dining rooms with menu selection. Serve and busses tables according to established guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Utilize proper food handling and food service techniques.

  • Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.

  • Assure resident/guest is satisfied with their dining experience.

  • Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the “clean as you go” policy.

  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

  • Assist with orientation and training of new team members.

  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.

  • Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.

  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.

  • Attend all in-services as required.

  • Support a resident culture of successful aging (to be explained further at new team member orientation).

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must have ServSafe Food Handlers certification. Assistance provided.

  • Previous experience in fine dining preferred.
