Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Access.General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Documentation Control Manager. Responsible for scanning, filing and logging Device History Records (DHR). Annually pulls and boxes device history records and verifies all files are filed and correct. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements. Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
