Aerotek Construction Project Manager in Boerne, Texas


RFI, submittals, and change order management subcontractor management Working with subcontractors to facilitate various buy outs materials management or material logistics, Scheduling different parts of the job for execution job costing, estimating, and project accounting Working with architects and engineers on design and construction questions Meeting notes and action items during stakeholder meetings Working with subcontractors to facilitate various buy outs

Top Skills Details:

5+ years of experience on mid to large commercial construction projects sized 15MAbility to do RFIs, submittals, change orders, and assist project manager and superintendent with subcontractor buyouts, schedules, and logistics/material management. Ability to read drawings/schematics and utilize project management software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

P6 Primavera experience OSHA 30 CMiC
