Aerotek Construction Project Manager in Boerne, Texas
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Complete RFI, submittals, and change orders
Manage subcontractors and work with them to facilitate various buy outs
Manage materials or material logistics
Schedule different parts of the job for execution
Complete job costing, estimating, and project accounting duties
Work with architects and engineers on design and construction questions
Take down meeting notes and action items during stakeholder meetings
5+ years of experience as an assistant project manager or project manager on mid to large commercial construction projects sized 15M+ Ability to do RFIs, submittals, change orders, and
Ability to assist other project managers and superintendents with subcontractor buyouts, schedules, and logistics/material management.
Ability to read drawings/schematics and utilize project management software.
Experience with these is a plus:
P6 Primavera experience
