DescriptionRole/Department Description:The Content and Technology Solutions (CTS) group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSets off-platform business. The team capitalizes on the large ASV opportunity outside of FactSets traditional workstation business by selling feeds and other data delivery solutions. The Americas sales team covers over 600 accounts and over $100M in ASV across the buyside, sell side and corporate markets. Job Description/ResponsibilitiesRelationship building and regular client engagement (including client calls and visits)Coordinate with CTS Sales Specialist on identifying and logging key CTS contacts within the firmFacilitate goodwill check insProduct updatesERsCoordinate one Strategy/PD/Senior meeting per client per fiscal halfEngage in client entertainmentCreate CTS account management plansHold Monthly/Bimonthly account meetingsIdentity growth opportunities and areas of riskPotential to displace competitor productsCreate product heat maps for ranking of at-risk products/workflowsProject managementCoordinate resources around initiatives related to current data feed deploymentAggregate all supporting documentation and support procedures.
