Proposed Minimum Salary
Provides assistance for basic IT work in one or more areas of technical specialization. Answers HelpDesk phone calls from students, faculty and staff regarding IT issues. Assists with work tickets as needed. Follows procedures for documentation and/or problem tracking. Performs accurate work, compliant with departmental or project quality standards. Participates in training. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work morning hours
