Aerotek Order Entry Clerk in CARROLLTON, Texas

Description:

Data entry and handling some phone calls for the team.

We are seeking a motivated individual for Order Entry in our Customer Service department.

This is a fast-pace position handling order processing, order confirmations, shipping confirmations, return authorizations, customer complaints, and customer claims of shortages/overages or other problems within an order.

Education/Experience:

At least 5 years or more of strong order process and/or purchasing experience

Exhibits professional and courteous telephone demeanor

Prefer an Alpha Numeric score at 8000 or higher

High School diploma or GED required

Some college preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Great Plains experience a plus
