The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to an assigned office or department. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel, answering calls and greeting visitors promptly and courteously, preparing correspondence, preparing and compiling reports, maintaining files and ordering/maintaining departmental supplies.
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will possess excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills.

Shift/Schedule - Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience required
Minimum of 1 year of business training preferred
Bilingual a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites. Complete check in/out of patients. Schedule for up to 10 providers.
Perform all duties as assigned. Knowledge of EMR a plus.
