Baylor Scott & White Health Administrative Assistant in Dallas, Texas

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to an assigned office or department. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, answering calls and greeting visitors promptly and courteously, preparing correspondence and call-back referrals, preparing and compiling reports, maintaining files and ordering/maintaining departmental supplies. Additionally, assistant will be required to check-in patient(s) and occasional check-out.

The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will possess excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills.
