Aerotek Construction Project Coordinator/Project Admin in Dallas, Texas

Description:

General Contractor is looking for a Project Coordinator or Project Admin that will help support a Senior Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager.

Coordinate with Project Manager, Field, Subcontractors and Vendors on multiple projects daily. Support daily project management from Bid process through Project Close Out. Manage high volume of emails, action items and contacts. Organize, track and file all bid, construction and accounting documentation (bids, drawings, RFI’s, Submittals, PO’s, shipments, change orders, invoices, punch list, warranties, etc.)
