United Texas Bank Credit Analyst in Dallas, Texas
A Credit Analyst for United Texas Bank will play a key role in recommending new credit and extensions of credit through research and analysis of financial documents.
Gather, spread, analyze credit information, balance sheets and income statements
Analyze commercial rent rolls and calculate financial ratios
Analyze and prepare loan request for potential loans that represent C&I, Business Banking and Commercial Real Estate clients
Maintain portfolio of assigned credits; Assessing property and business financial information quarterly
Assessing, analyzing and interpreting complex financial information
Keeping Bank’s credit exposure within set policy limits
Making recommendations about procedural and policy changes
Proper risk rating of loans to ensure they are in line with the bank’s risk regulations
Communication with lenders on an ongoing basis to ensure a timely approval process
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Underwriting or Commercial Credit.
