LabCorp is seeking a Finance Manager in Dallas, TX to be responsible for the financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, short and long term planning, financial modeling and business analysis of performance metrics in support of operations within the MidAmerica division. This position reports to the VP, Controller of the division and will support the General Managers and Operational leaders in daily operations and leading operational efficiencies.

As Finance Manager, you will:

  • Collect and analyze cost data and present the financial performance to the business in real time

  • Develop and maintain accurate cost models and operational budgets to measure performance

  • Conduct monthly variance analyses and develop gap closure plans, as required

  • Educate and advise operational and financial leadership in opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies

  • Develop consolidated financial statement models for use in planning and forecasting

  • Continually update the financial forecast for operational costs

  • Strengthen analytical capability of the operational team and General Managers

  • Provide financial input on and perform due diligence on mergers & acquisitions and investment opportunities as required

  • Conduct financial analyses independently and as a leader of a team


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred

  • Experience supporting operations and logistics a plus
