Zuri Furniture Online Home Furnishings Sales Designer - Remote in Dallas, Texas
Zuri, a fast-growing retailer and etailer, is looking for a talented person to join our eCommerce Sales & Support division. This remote position will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an incomparable customer experience throughout the online shopping, purchasing and order fulfillment process.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience coupled with proven sales success in a big-ticket setting. This individual will also have an appreciation for the culture of contemporary furniture and a desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced selling environment. There is an exceptionally high compensation potential through Zuri?s generous commission structure. We find that most of our designers surpass their personal earnings goals through the use of our Design Showrooms and our online eCommerce interaction tools.
Sales and support through our website chat function
Cold calling and emailing potential leads(small businesses, new home owners, etc)
Educating customers on Zuri?s Design Services
Responding quickly and efficiently to all customer emails including follow up to ensure needs were met
Monitoring customer purchases through the order, delivery, and installation process
Interfacing with internal teams as well as suppliers to ensure customer needs are effectively met
Working with Purchasing and Fulfillment Coordinators to promptly update customers of any delays or issues with purchases and/or deliveries
Assisting with customer support during busy times with high order and shipment volumes
Following and communicating company Policies & Procedures when and where needed
3 years? in sales and/or combined customer service experience; preferably in a big-ticket retail environment
Minimum 1 year experience working remotely
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferred
Proven success in a remote position is a plus
Must be available both nights and weekends
Existing home office, required
Passion for contemporary design and up-to-date knowledge of its ever-evolving trends
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly adept at problem solving
Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, Asana, Slack, Confluence and ability to learn new systems is a must)
Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD or any Room Planning software a plus
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly base rate plus commission on all sales
Full-time, non-exempt position
