Description

Law firm in Downtown Dallas has a paralegal need to support Of-Counsel in estate and tax planning. This paralegal must have Bloomberg/BNA 706 tax preparation experience for estate planning. The paralegal must be comfortable working in a very paper driven environment. This is an on-site position that will last 6 to 12 weeks.

• Research and analysis of complex legal documents

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Provide support to attorney through all phases

• Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload

Requirements

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Bloomberg experience

• Proven knowledge of estate planning

• Legal knowledge experience

• Well-founded grasp of Estate Tax

• General familiarity with filing

• Comprehensive knowledge of Annual Tax

• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
