TitleProject Manager, Pharmacy Network SolutionsOverview of Position

This role is responsible for managing multiple strategic projects and driving efficient & effective execution across Product, Design, Architecture, Development, QA, and Implementation Teams. The Project Manager will also ensure process adherence, monitors sprint team metrics, works with the appropriate parties to identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles that could prevent the timely completion of project related tasks, and provides frequent and transparent communication of project status to all stakeholders.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Manage multiple, cross functional, large enterprise projects within the Network Solutions division of the Pharmacy Network Business Unit. Work across teams and business units to ensure all necessary steps are identified and all parties involved are informed of their role in successfully completing the project within expected timeframes.

  • Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to guide the sprint teams working on pharmacy business projects. Act as a process champion to support successful delivery of sprint commitments withing expected timeframes. Work with the respective project teams to plan and prioritize work in the sprint accordingly, proactively identifying dependencies and obstacles before and during the sprint, and working with the necessary parties to mitigate any negative impact to existing sprint commitments

  • Partner with Product Owners and GMs to understand business strategies and build project timelines which take into consideration all competing priorities and resource constraints. Clearly communicate project timelines and the factors which influence them to all stakeholders and leadership.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience

  • Experience and proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SmartSheets)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • 1+ year of Experience working with offshore and on-shore teams

  • 3+ years of Experience developing Product/Team/Process performance metrics

  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at varied levels, including executives

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies strongly preferred

  • PMP Certification

  • Microsoft Office 365 product line

  • Proficient with Jira
