You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role, you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.Their teams sell across multiple verticals, or to one specific vertical, i.e. Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, Public Sector. Their teams (varying from 6-12 team members) may sell the entire Salesforce platform, or specialize in selling a specific Cloud solution, i.e. Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Platform, CPQ, Quip, Analytics.Your ImpactThe teams you lead here at Salesforce will directly impact the growth of our overall organization. You will be masterful in client engagement and impact how your customers do business in an ever-changing environment. You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.Your Qualifications- Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings. Engage other corporate resources as required- Ongoing mentorship and development of a sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process- Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management- Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the resultsAcross all Sales Leaders, we are looking for the following attributes:Strong leadership capabilitiesExperience in sales coaching and mentoringAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentHas a strong drive for resultsStrong engagement and communication skillsConsultative selling experienceCan collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environmentResourcefulIs a trusted advisor to the customers and colleaguesStrong business acumenPrior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
