Job Description

To issue associate uniforms. Also responsible for repairing uniforms or other items relating to the Housekeeping department.


  • Issue uniforms.

  • Label uniforms.

  • Repair or alter uniforms.

  • Inspect all clean uniforms.

  • Monitor and keep an inventory of uniforms.

  • Count and track outgoing/incoming dry cleaning.

  • Work with dry cleaning company to find missing dry cleaning items.

  • If possible, repair clothing for guests.

  • Responsible for repairing items such as drapes, sheers, bed skirts, other linen, etc.

  • Able to service guest with pressing clothing.

  • Maintain all areas of the Uniform room and Housekeeping Office.

  • Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.

  • To ensure that hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.



  • Able to maintain a 4-Diamond level.

  • Able to work with management on special projects.

  • Able to be flexible with work schedule.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to push and pull up to 50lb.

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb.

  • Must be able to operate sewing machine.

  • Must be able to use iron and ironing board.

    Working Environment:

  • Interior of hotel with possible exposure to the outside

  • Exposure to various chemicals.
