Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as dev lead for assigned events, coordinating all Dev team work completing all key milestones as required by standard department practices
Manage and troubleshoot technical issues for shows that they own as well as coordinate the right development resource to resolve any issues
Partner closely with our Technical Customer Success and Digital Producers as well as Lead Developers to deliver successful virtual events
Responsible for the preparation/training of any dev team members for show day delivery and / or coverage
Utilize extensive knowledge of our virtual solutions and services to act as a resource to clients in improving their virtual event experience
Evaluate and develop department standards with other core team members to improve the groups workflow
Provide Dev Leadership After Hours Coverage on a rotational basis
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant industry experience required
Proven success at delivering software solutions in the events industry
Demonstrated experience delivering across broad cross functional teams
