Incumbent will provide advanced level of Technical and Clinical Assistance to external and internal customers on the operation, troubleshooting, and repair of Vyaire Ventilation products while also documenting all correspondence and disseminate information as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Responds to customer requests in an accurate and timely manner with a professional attitude.

  • Determines appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the business objectives.

  • Ensures that all customer contacts are fully documented into current system database (ServiceMax).

  • Provides after hours coverage via cell phone, as required.

  • Contacts customers to ensure issues and requests are resolved to their expectation and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years hands on experience and knowledge of ventilator parts and products by performing Preventive maintenance and Repair on non-Vyaire ventilators

  • Five (5) years clinical experience with at least three of the following Vyaire Ventilation Products: Avea, Vela, bellavista, 3100A/B, LTV or Revel and have a valid state Respiratory Care Practitioner license and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer service satisfaction practices.

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a biomed or technical related field.

  • Valid state license for Respiratory Care Practitioner and certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist and Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) or Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) from the NBRC
