Transportation Account Leader

Key Role:

Orchestrate, develop, and lead account management efforts to manage and grow key customer accounts in the transportation market through relationships as a strategic business partner and trusted adviser to executive Cybersecurity clients. Lead the full client engagement life cycle, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, through delivery, quality and execution oversight. Drive key customer relationships, including maintaining responsibility for maturing and growing a target account and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality Cyber capabilities to clients within target accounts. Work closely with the EVP for industry accounts, market vertical director, director of capability integration, fellow account leaders, and account teams in a highly collaborative environment. Drive internal operations to support high-quality business growth.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience working in a Cybersecurity programs and commercial account management leadership role

-Experience with conducting business deals to deliver strategy, technology, and management consulting solutions in the commercial, private-sector Cybersecurity markets

-Ability to show a proven track record of success leading teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight

-Ability to show a track record of initiating and sustaining excellent customer relationships with major commercial clients

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams

-Ability to show meaningful engagement in the automotive industry with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-MA or MS degree preferred

-Cybersecurity technical certifications
