Kelly Services Contract Admin Assistant in DFW Airport, TX in DFW Airport, Texas

Currently, we are looking for a temp admin assistant for a full-time, 2-month contract for a building supply company in the DFW Airport area .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic research of sales orders to pull delivery numbers.

  • Saving documents into SAP via scans.

  • No invoicing or reconciliation.

  • Will work within the company WMS program to pull order information to export into spreadsheets and input data into tracking spreadsheets.

  • Work in the company TMS website to create LTL shipment and paperwork associated with the orders.

  • General email communication between the team once set up.

  • Knowledge in SAP a PLUS.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • $19.00/hour
