KPS Global, LLC New Product Marketing Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas
KPS Global (KPSG) is the North American industry leader in the manufacture, production, and installation of Walk-in Coolers and Freezers. KPSG’s end-product serves many channels within the retail food market as well as industrial applications. KPSG is based in Fort Worth, Texas with product manufacturing in five locations: Fort Worth, TX; Piney Flats, TN; Conyers, GA; San Dimas, CA and Goodyear, AZ.
KPS Global is currently seeking a New Product Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing the new product development process as it relates to marketing requirements supporting new product launches. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the design, build and roll-out of products that drive innovation and change in the marketplace.
Support taking new products to market working in a cross-functional team collaborating with agencies and internal teams to develop marketing strategies for new products; facilitating market research; ensuring customer needs are relayed to R&D, coordinating with the pricing manager, and executing integrated marketing plans with agencies.
Work closely with cross-functional internal resources (sales, R&D, manufacturing, quality, purchasing) as well as outside agencies as they relate to the project or product
Oversee development and support implementation of new product launch campaigns as well as the production of training and sales materials etc.
Manage agencies to adhere to integrated marketing timelines and ensure internal resources are aligned with and meet same timelines
Work closely with engineering teams to understand the product, specifications and features for go-to-market strategies and marketing launch plans
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organization
Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Support marketing team on other projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications, graphics software and various marketing tools.
2-5 years of new product marketing, product management or related experience in a B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities effectively.
Problem solver, creative thinker, team oriented
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Ability and desire to take initiative and ‘dig in’ to make a big contribution to the organization with he opportunity to grow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
