Leidos Program Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas
The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support to the Central Service Area (CSA) Technical Operations Support Team for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The ideal candidate will support the program by providing implementation and execution tasks to support the daily operations of the Resource Management, Technical Operations Support Team.
If starting during COVID may work remote however once pandemic is over you will be expected to work from the FAA SW Region office in Fort Worth, TX.
Job Duties include but not limited to the following:
Provide the determination, management, tracking and control of training resource development for the integration, implementation and transition of new equipment and systems
Develop training program requirements to support national training to facilitate NAS modernization
Manage Training team special projects
Conduct studies to determine Technical Operations staffing level impacts as a result of new NAS systems
Process requests for training, track training enrollments, cancellations and completions. Maintain historical data and determine correlation between past and present programs and requirements
Participate in and provide support for Training team special projects.
Provide support in meeting national program goals.
Develop and maintain human resources requirments
Support development and delivery of Regional or Service Area sponsored courses.
Research, interpret, and apply written procedures, regulations or policy pertaining to hiring
Conduct human factor studies and assess their impacts on CIP transition efforts
Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust security clearance. In addition:
Knowledge/understanding of basic computer skills
Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Access and MS Power Point.
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong collaboration/interpersonal skills/highly developed presentation skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written at a professional level
Ability to prepare and provide presentations and briefings to Senior Management
Ability to work independently with only general oversight
Previous FAA or government experience.
