Lockheed Martin Quality Assurance Engineer Senior in Fort Worth, Texas

This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the low observable coatings discipline of the F-35 build process.

The roles and responsibilities of the selected QE are: • Develop and report metrics to various levels of management, as required. • Defect reduction and elimination to continuously reduce cost of poor quality associated with produced product. • Ensure product compliance to contractual quality requirements. • Coordinate with other Quality Engineers with provided product for RCCA • Establish relationship with program POC's. • Travel may be required

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a STEM field and or equivalent Quality work experience. • Experience developing performance improvements in Root Cause Analysis. • Experience with AS9100/EN9100, or other industry Quality Management System standards. • Demonstrated Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge. • Must currently hold, or be able to acquire upon selection, a NACLC Secret Clearance.

Desired skills • Experience planning and/or executing Quality Engineering tools (such as FAI, PPAP and APQP) • Experience maintaining productive external Customer relationships (DCMA, FAA, etc.) • Experience maintaining productive relationships and interactions with suppliers and their leadership. • Experience with low observable coating principles and methods. • Understanding or experience with corrective action databases such as LM Aero’s Integrated Corrective Action (ICA) system. • Culture of Accountability® practitioner and advocate
