Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to become a Licensed Texas Escrow Officer

  • Great organizational and follow-up skills

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends

  • Licensed Escrow Officer or Texas closer experience

  • Familiarity with Texas title insurance rules and regulations

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented, highly motivated individual who thrives in a team atmosphere and will bring enthusiasm and creativity to a fast-paced, engaging work environment. The Refinance Escrow Closer is a versatile operations role that is the point of contact for all parties involved in a Texas refinance transaction.


  • Work with third-party attorneys to order and review documents

  • Calculate payoffs and title fees and provide final fees to creditors

  • Communicate with consumers and creditors

  • Review closing packages for accuracy

  • Review and prepare Closing Disclosures and T-64s based on title commitment and closing instructions

  • Review and follow the lender's closing instructions

  • Communicate problems and/or changes to the creditor and consumer

  • Deliver closing documents to the signing agent
