The Sales Department Assistant (SDA) provides support for the Sales Team to ensure an extraordinary client experience. The SDA will assist the Sales Team by directly/indirectly helping Sales Managers and Sales Experience Managers with activities that would help close deals quicker.

  • Must be able to drive and operate vehicle

  • Maintain all demos and inventory to show clients

  • Pull cars from inventory when needed

  • Fill deliveries and/or demos with gas

  • Wash demos and inventory as needed

  • Take sold inventory to make ready/prep center

  • Keep all cars showroom clean

  • Transport cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work

  • Help perform physical inventory monthly

  • Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

  • Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements

  • Attend weekly department meetings

  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
