AT&T Senior Compliance Analyst - Fleet Operations in Fort Worth, Texas

Overall Purpose:

Supports the development and administration of compliance programs and documentation, including risk assessments for Global Fleet Operations. Develops compliance documentation including use of metrics to analyze key compliance areas, training completions and review of corporate policies. Assist with development of compliance practices and measurement tools. Collects and analyzes data, researches programs, and provides recommendations to resolve moderately complex issues. Prepares leadership reports and maintains documentation related to compliance reviews. May assist with research on regulations that impacts company programs. May prepare and deliver compliance training. Also, may work with Third Party Suppliers to support compliance programs. This position may require the candidate be a qualifying agent for AT&T.

Qualifications - Internal

Education : Typically, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is needed.

Experience : Typically, 3 to 5 years risk assessment, compliance, or related field/equivalent experience.

Supervisory : No.

Environmental Requirements : This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel up to 50% of the year.
