Successful candidates will:
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience getting online customers into the dealership for a test drive
Successful candidates are Internet savvy, strategic thinkers, and organized professionals
Without the personal connection of face-to-face interaction, this position can be even more challenging than selling cars in the store
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
Build relationships and create customers for life by utilizing a consultative sales approach
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / pre-owned vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and complete satisfaction with their purchase
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Exceptional communication skills with all customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
