This role is part of the Operations IT/OT Run and Maintain Support Organization. The Operations IT/OT Run and Maintain Support Organization is part of Dow’s overall digital strategy which includes supporting Cybersecurity and is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of professionals The Cyber Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring the adequate implementation of Cybersecurity solutions at supported locations with close engagement and collaboration with Operations Cyber Security and Corporate Security teams.
Supports manufacturing cyber security through implementation of defined management systems within assigned areas (plants, labs, administrative buildings, etc.) ensuring they are protected against a cyber security events and can appropriately respond if one would occur.
Ensure client supported devices (CSDs), and Internet of Things (IoT) devices implemented at the plant comply with Cyber Security controls.
Ensures Cybersecurity work processes, tools, standards and procedures are effectively applied
Evaluates facility cybersecurity performance against pre-defined work processes, tools, standards and procedures. Proposes and implements gap closure plans.
Tracks and communicates Cybersecurity performance
Communicates complex, technical information in a manner easily understood by non-experts
Participates as team member in cybersecurity audits
Participates as team member in cyber event investigations
Identifies, escalates and resolves potential cyber risks at the site level
A minimum of an associate degree or 4 years or more of military training/experience
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (i.e. Process Automation in Manufacturing, IT with a cyber emphasis, networking, software development, systems engineering, information security)
