Payroll Specialist Day to Day Duties: Review commission payments ensuring that calculations and supporting documentation are correct. Consolidate commission payments into file for submission to payroll. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all commission plans. Perform root cause evaluation on processes and redesign as needed to ensure efficient management of the commission and other compensation related programs. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding the status of these programs. May prepare and administratively process key HR documents for the program area. Requirements: High School Diploma or an equivalency certificate required. 2+ years of experience with payroll, specifically in commissions Must be detail oriented Must have EXCELLENT Excel skills including knowledge of Pivot Tables, Formulas & V-look ups Must be able to meet time deadlines
