AccentCare, Inc. Strategic Account Manager in Georgetown, Texas

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):

  • Promotes a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Engages in regular face-to-face interactions within assigned accounts to establish executive credibility and relationships, while creating widespread support throughout customer organization

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, identifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating involvement with all necessary company resources

  • Collaborates with team members assigned to customer accounts

  • Takes ownership and escalates service issues; works closely with agency and clinical operations

  • Responsible for understanding customers: organization, goals, structure, products and services

  • Intimately understands customer environments and strategic priorities in order to build value propositions which drive continued repeat business to AccentCare

  • Takes lead responsibilities during customer implementations with support from market development and clinical operations

  • Maintains customer account plans, updating regularly

  • Drives profitability by achieving sales volume targets and strategic objectives within assigned accounts

  • Supports strategic account planning process with Market Development team

  • Stays abreast of market changes and continually seeks strategic partnership opportunities

  • Communicates, monitors and assures key performance metrics associated with assigned accounts

  • Cross sells and develops new relationships with assigned accounts

  • Monitors trends and risks of attrition within assigned accounts and takes appropriate action, escalating all relevant information

  • Maintains extensive and ongoing knowledge of AccentCare products

  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

  • Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards

  • Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

  • Reports to VP of Market Development

  • Dotted line accountability to RVP of Sales

  • Works closely with local agency personnel and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem- solving

  • Enlists the support of organizational resources as needed
