BVCAA Front Office Clerk - Hearne in HEARNE, Texas

Travel Required: 5% $500 Sign On Bonus Must be Bilingual and have applicable experience to qualify for bonus. Duties: Must be skilled in the operations of the medical office. Greets and registers customers; collects co-pays, researches no-shows, distributes and collects satisfaction surveys, answers telephone, patient check-in and check-out processes, schedules appointments; Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance patient registration processes; fax functions; and other duties as assigned. Must be able to multi-task. Education & Work Experience: Required: High School graduate or equivalent; 1 to 3 months of related experience; Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred: 3 to 6 months of related experience Computer/Software/Data Access: Basic computer and typing skills required, keyboarding, experience in programs such as MS Word and Excel. Certifications/Licenses: Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
