KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Communications to join our Corporate Communications organization.


  • Responsible for environmental, social, governance, and sustainability communications efforts on topics such as culture, community impact and more

  • Convene communications efforts across the firm on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) related topics for coordinated execution of plans with strong attention to quality, detail and timeliness

  • Strategic planning and development of communications materials including talking points, messaging, internal communications, etc

  • Apply rigorous attention to tasks and deliverables; measure and monitor progress to drive successful outcomes

  • Develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships and proactively support other team members and projects


  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in Corporate Communications; focus on Environment Social Governance (ESG) and public affairs, experience in culture, diversity, equity and inclusion is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field

  • Strong track record of developing successful strategies and content for multiple communications channels; comfortable working with senior leaders

  • Exceptional writing and project management skills with keen attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive, multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment
