Moo Properties Customer Account Representative in Houston, Texas
As a Customer Account Representative, you will be responsible for a number of key projects relating to client development and maintenance. Everything from sales and reporting management, quality control and communication, execution of programs and projects and finally working effectively with team members to deliver optimal performance.
Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.
Assist and take responsibility for quality control of the team’s work and provide constructive feedback on the tone and creative direction of the work.
Own the customer communication relationship during the project fulfillment process
Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows
Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product
Coordinate pre-sales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team
BA/BS degree strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on multiple products, services, tools, systems, and processes preferred
Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals required
Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base
Effective presentation and training skills required
Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required
Proven success operating in a fast-paced, customer service environment
