DIRECTOR OF CONTENT & MESSAGING, NETWORKING SOLUTIONS - Data Center & Load Balancing

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Networking solutions marketing Director of Content and Messaging will be responsible for driving the customer-facing content strategy for the Data Center & Load Balancing solutions. In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with key marketing functions as well as the communications team, Field stakeholders, and product marketing group to develop a cohesive story for Data Center and Load Balancer buyers while aligning the narrative to the broader networking brand message. In partnership with the Networking GTM Strategy team, you will be the driving force behind the marketing-contributed pipeline and bookings of the Data Center & Load Balancing solutions.

In this role, you will manage team of content and industry storytellers and will demonstrate strong communications skills, leadership, and decision-making abilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developthe content strategyand oversee the integratedcontent framework tailored by key personas, verticals and use cases.

  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing between product marketing and go-to-market teams to gain a deep understanding of the buyer’s journeyandbuying behavior.

  • Drivethe production of blogs, videos, infographics, research reports and other dynamic content pieces to ensure optimal return on keydemand generation activities through the new “Demand Center of Excellence”.

  • In partnershipwith the Networking GTM Strategy leader, produce a comprehensive campaign playbook that willalign to the solution-level messaging and willbe used by the “Demand Center of Excellence,”field teams, brand and event teamstoexecute campaignsin-market.

  • Design and implement measurement systems with marketing operations to optimizethe performance ofcontent.

  • Lead information gathering from key industry figures, competitive intelligence resources and active solution customers; Leverage research (through questionnaires/surveys) to drive informed content creation.You will collaborate with the BU marketing teams on this.

  • Partner with the Public Relations, Communications, Demand Generationand Product Marketing teams to drive content planning and provide strategic counsel for major events and milestones.

  • Seek new and innovative methods for displaying content and amplifying key messages through the demand team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in content marketing and strategic planningin a B2BSaaS business.

  • Passion forthenetworkingindustry;pastdata centerand load balancerexperience strongly preferred.

  • 5-10years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s degree;Businessdegreepreferred.

  • Motivatedleaderwithaproven track record of results;Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
