Pumpco Services, Inc. is currently seeking a HR Recruiter / Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in Houston, TX.
The Recruitment Business Partner will manage all aspects of hiring for Pumpco Services, Inc. This person will partner with the HR team and Operational hiring managers to manage ongoing recruitment efforts and workforce planning. They will work to deliver the best possible experience for hiring managers, candidates and employees. Previous experience as a corporate recruiter, field recruiter or within talent acquisition would be excellent for this opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, initial review, pipeline management, interview coordination, placement and disposition of both office, technical and field based personnel in exempt and non-exempt positions. This person might also be responsible for referring candidates to open roles, recruiting and approaching passive candidates, and other ad hoc recruitment and talent acquisition needs.
Deliver the full cycle recruitment process;
Source field positions across the company, working with management and HR to successfully fulfill various recruitment needs - may occasionally fill leadership and support function roles;
Manage Applicant Tracking System - works with Compliance Department to insure compliant application process – works with operational decision makers to utilize the system to best serve operations needs and time constraints;
Ensure adherence to all applicable Federal and State laws;
Qualify and interview applicants;
Track and report on recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Create and manage Pumpco workforce plan;
Partners with key organizations and various 3rdparties to support a robust military recruitment strategy;
Researches and attends various job fairs/recruitment events;
Responsible for university recruitment efforts – manages internship program;
Works closely with training team and field HR personnel to provide a stellar onboarding process;
Manages social media accounts.
Position will require 50% travel to Midland/Odessa, San Antonio, Dallas and surrounding areas, potentially out of state for recruiting events and if company expands into new basins.
5+ years of experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt personnel;
5+ years of experience in workforce planning and
Oilfield recruitment experience highly preferred;
Experience in management of social media accounts preferred;
Highly creative and ethical approach to recruitment efforts;
