JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing duties of an analytical and problem resolution nature to ensure that all related insurance and property taxes are in place to protect the applicable commercial real estate loan collateral.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring and compliance for insurance for commercial real estate loans. Monitoring and compliance for property tax for commercial real estate loans.

Prepare and maintain monthly quality reports and standards, including quality control audits.

Perform quality control function for Genpact and third-party vendors.

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing is required. Working knowledge of Commercial Loan documents, insurance and property taxes preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.). Must be able to accurately perform numeric data input into the loan system. Must have the ability to create excel spreadsheets or other reports. Experience with McCracken preferred.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
