Honeywell Lead Administrative Assistant in Houston, Texas

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex and confidential administrative duties for multiple executive-level leaders including:

Travel requirements: book complex international and domestic travel, including hotel reservations and ground transportation;

determine and obtain necessary passport/visa documentation and creation of travel books with itineraries and meeting agendas to ensure

executives are organized and prepared for their trips

High volume of SAP processing; PO creation and invoice entry for several areas of PMT

Scheduling: arrange and confirm internal and external meetings both on-site and off-site as well as videoconferences and

teleconferences; maintain and manage business and personal calendars

Meetings: coordinate all meeting logistics.

Attend meetings when warranted and provide assistance facilitating and scribing

Act as the point of contact to coordinate attendance, transportation requirements and other needs in connection with business meetings and events

Help draft and distribute organization announcements and memos

PowerPoint presentations: draft PowerPoint slides and edit PowerPoint content as needed,

in support presentation development for supported EMT leaders Proactively work with other administrative assistants

(including other functions and regions) to provide seamless coverage to the Leadership Team

Act as project coordinator to facilitate each phase of various projects – including management of RAILs and action logs

Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner using the HON travel and expense system and SAP

Support extended team members with duties as assigned

Manage office supplies, duplication and distribution of documents electronically and physically

Collect routine reports from others and summarize in prescribed template

YOU MUST HAVE

· High School Diploma

· Minimum of 10 years administrative support experience

· Some administrative assistant experiences

· Associate's degree preferred
