Ranorex, an Idera, Inc. Company, is looking for a B2B Software Marketing Programs Manager savvy in digital marketing, social media, brand building/positioning, and content development to lead marketing. Ranorex is aleading low-code UI test automation tool that provides end-to-end testing of desktop, web and mobile applications.
This individual must embrace and enjoy working in a start-up environment with backing from a much larger entity. If you are used to complete delegation of responsibilities to others or slow rollout of programs, this is not the role for you. We are looking for a hands-on individual to drive marketing strategy, tactical execution and reporting with the help of the small team already in place. Speed and drive is extremely important - we?ll teach you the rest! This individual should have experience contributing to campaigns within the Software/B2B space.
Some of the things you will be doing in this role are as follows:
Follow and analyze market trends to position products
Work with various teams (design, content, seo, ppc, product, sales) to implement strategies
Always-on demand gen - evergreen campaigns allowing us to be ?found? where our audience resides online - paid social, paid search, SEO, organic social
Content anchor campaigns - timely, educational, cross-channel anchor campaigns to drive top of funnel lead gen - white papers, webinars, guides, industry reports, etc.
Database Development - regular prospect emails ranging from soft top of funnel CTAs (education, thought leadership) to soft mid-bottom of funnel CTAs (trial, demo, contact us, etc.)
Oversee the management of our social media accounts, blog and website
A/B and Multivariate testing for increased conversion rates
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting against KPIs
Bachelor?s degree+ in a related field
2-4 years in B2B and/or Software marketing role with proven track record of growth
Must be an excellent writer and communicator
CRM power user (SFDC)
Macro expertise of marketing ops and automation (maybe you?ve managed an MA instance in the past - we use Pardot)
Must be highly analytical and data driven
Proven track record of campaign conceptualization, construction and execution in the B2B/Software space
Understanding of waterfall and funnel methodology tied back to business objectives
