If you are a upbeat and personable administrative assistant who has used Quickbooks to process invoices while coordinating administrative duties, this is the perfect full-time opportunity for you! A rapidly growing technology service provider in the Galleria area is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage their front office, while assisting accounting in AP, expense reporting and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of related administrative experience, managing invoicing in Quickbooks, and be outgoing, and well presented!
This opportunity provides PTO, a 401k match up to 5%, and 100% medical benefits!
Manage the front office by greeting visitors, answering phones and maintaining conference room calendars and catering
Support accounting by entering approximately 150 invoices in to Quickbooks monthly.
Process 10-20 expense reports in Concur monthly
Handle event registrations and travel arrangements
Maintain and Order office supplies
Manage shipping and courier services
At least one (1) year of recent Quickbooks invoicing experience
Proficient in MS Excel (Formulas, V-lookups, data extraction)
Polished and professional presentation and articulation
Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
