Kforce Organizational Change Manager in Houston, Texas

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Organizational Change Manager in Houston, Texas (TX). The Organizational Change Manager will provide expertise in organizational change management and organizational design for the clients Digital Transformation program and supporting initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Program Teams in the role of Organizational Change Management leader and the client

  • Lead the organizational design of the Digital Center of Production operations function to provide efficient, effective operations monitoring, management and supporting technology processes

  • Define the supporting roles and responsibilities, including training and education requirements to achieve the desired outcomes defined

  • Assess scope of the operational changes that will occur within the digital transformation program

  • Identify all stakeholders who will be affected by the change

  • Understand the impact of these changes on each stakeholder group and the potential risks for adoption of the new solution

  • Assess, or coordinate the assessment of, readiness for these changes (organizational and user readiness)

  • Conduct skills assessment and skills gap analysis and recommend necessary training and education to address gaps

  • Assess people related risks and develop related mitigation strategies

  • Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiative

  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies

  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client's Change Management methodologies

  • Develop project strategies and plans, including Stakeholder Assessment, Communications, Leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training

  • 5 years of experience in an Organizational Change Management Specialist, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role leading technical process transformation related to the introduction of new technology

  • Direct experience leading change and using organizational change management methodologies and techniques

  • Project management experience

  • Experience consulting and communicating with Senior Management teams

  • Demonstrated supportive and participative leadership ability, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and can collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and team members

  • MS Office software proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio)
