Cenikor Foundation Part-time HR Clerk - Houston, TX in Houston, Texas
Cenikor is a non-profit organization and one of the largest substance abuse treatment centers in the nation. We are currently seeking a Part-time HR Clerk in our Corporate location in Houston, Texas.
Under the direction of the HR Generalist, the HR Clerk handles all matters relating to timecard processing & timekeeping records for the Foundation as well as assisting with other HR duties as assigned.
Schedule: 20 hours per week. Monday/Wednesday 8:30a - 3:45p, Friday 8:30a - 3:30p. For payroll, 2 days per month, the Monday/Wednesday shift may move to Tuesday/Thursday.
Review timesheets for accuracy.
Accurately enter and update employee time punches, PTO requests, recurring schedules and any other required timekeeping updates in ADP.
Respond to all requests for manual updates to timecards and ensuring updates have supervisor approval for update.
Review all timecards to ensure federal wage and hour law as well as Cenikor requirements are met for the entire Foundation.
Communicate with HR Generalist, VP, CHRO and/or supervisors for excessive OT or timecard irregularities.
Communicate with HR Generalist and ADP of any system irregularities or issues.
Provide a variety of timekeeping reports as needed including month end OT reports for FD?s/Senior Manager/Program Director.
Assist with all HR filing maintenance and ensure all HR documents are filed in a timely manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all client, employee and foundation matters.
Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.

Knowledge of ADP systems, including ezLabor.
