The Prepper is responsible to ensure medical documents are prepared according to job and client specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare documents according to job instructions per each client's specifications
Prep documents through a means which may include alphabetizing, putting documents in numerical order and/or date order, removing staples, mounting photos, cutting and taping, etc.
Ability to identify different document types in order to understand and perform the process of target insertion
Follow instructions and communicate with supervisors or trainers when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
Strong attention to detail
Strong memorization skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
1-2 years document prep experience preferred
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Driven to meet internal deadlines set
Maintains levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.
Resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Adheres to quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the highest quality product
Implement and act in accordance with the company’s information security policies
Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
Execute particular security processes and activities
Ensure responsibility is assigned to individual(s) for actions taken
Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the company
