ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The Coordinator is responsible for recruiting qualified applicants who will provide home care to the agency's clients. This person will Build applicant sources, organize interviews, evaluate applicants, coordinate new hire orientation and documentation requirements, training, and overall caregiver support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize reqruitment 

Place advertisements

Attend job fairs

Employee Onboarding

Interviews

Orientation and Training

Initial and ongoing training

some "on call" support

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum High School Diploma  2 years or more college eduation preferred

Experience in Health Care and/or CNA a plus!

Communication skills (phone and in person)

1+ year(s) Recruiting experience

Demonstrate working knowledge of health care.  (in-home and/or institutional settings)

Interviewing skills

Basic understanding of employment law

Ability to cultivate and build relationships

Personable and approachable

 

BENEFITS:

Salary Position

$31,000 - $32,000 per year
