Aerotek Remote Customer Service Representative in Houston, Texas
This position is for an entry-level support staff in Customer Service, who works on routine tasks under moderate supervision. He or she provides basic support to clients by responding to customer inquiries and answering, documenting, and monitoring call center interactions
Provide contact center support for a client as they go through a 401K choice option for their employees. During this time counselors will navigate the choice modeling tool, assist with website troubleshooting, and help the customer make their selection. These Client Representatives will document and communicate program information to various departments.
They are responsible for educating the caller on their options and giving them recommendations on their plans.
They will also monitor plan activity and identify any key issues, upcoming challenges, or potential concerns
Will be remote, must sit within an hour of Houston!
