Due to our tremendous growth we have an opening for a SAP ABAP Developer. This position will report to the Information Technology/Information Management Department and is located in Houston, TX.

Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices.
Participate in the analysis of the business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements and assist in effort estimation.
Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain and document ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows) objects on an ECC 6.0 System.
Assist with upgrades, new releases and monitor performance of the technical objects
BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding and interfaces.
SAP ABAP/4 programming using: SAPScript, iDocs, BAPI, RFC.
Development of SAP PM/MM/IM/SM modules. Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 8 year experience in SAP ABAP/4 programming using: SAPScript, iDocs, BAPI, RFC.
Solid Experience with RFCs, SMOD/CMOD, BADIs, Enhancement Framework/Spots.
Development and knowledge with the SAP PM/MM/IM/SM modules.
Ability to transform business function requirement into technical program specs, and to code, unit test and debug programs.
Experience with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding and interfaces.
Experience with implementation of standard Fiori applications (transactional, factsheet and analytical) and enhance standard applications using enhancement framework.
Knowledge with SAP application templates (e.g.: Worklist, Master-Detail), Smart Controls, Smart Templates, Fragments and Themes.
Help drive long-term UX strategy by balancing design thinking, technology, and customer needs.
Design & model OData services using the Gateway Service Builder.
Understanding of data structures and data objects
Knowledge of SAPUI5, HTML5 and Java Script development is a Big PLUS
Good communication skills
