JPMorgan Chase Senior Software Engineer in Houston, Texas

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Understanding of architecture anddesign across all systems
Working proficiency in developmentaltoolsets Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices

Proficiency in one or more modernprogramming languages like Core Java 8 and/or Scala
Understanding of software skillssuch as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
Hands on experience working with BigData tools and frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Map Reduce, Avro, Hive and Impala
In-depth knowledge of streamingtechnologies like Kafka, Kinesis or Spark Streaming
Exposure to building highly scalableand resilient applications on cloud technologies like AWS, GCP or Azure
Comfortable delivering softwareiteratively using Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, LESS or SAFE
J2EE, EJB's,multi-threaded/concurrent programming, Messaging service,SOAP/REST/JSON/XML WebAPIs Development, Tomcat and Weblogic.
Experience working on Spring as aframework including SpringWeb, SpringMVC and Spring Boot with Hibernate.
Experience working on unit,regression, integration and load testing.
Experience working in Jenkins, CI/CDpipelines, Bit bucket.
