JOB SUMMARY
Provide telephonic and web training and support for the NetIMPAC system and to perform administrative duties of the position. Assists in the management of recipe and nutrition databases for customer use.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer support for NetIMPAC program via telephone or web conferencing
Oversee the monthly billing process
Provide weekly web-based training on healthcare menu systems
Develop online video training material and how-to guides
Daily account review/setup for Vendor Item Interface
New Account item linking and order guide maintenance for individual and chain accounts
IMPAC Database recipe and nutritional data maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma
BS Degree in Nutrition or Hospitality Management required
Experience
3 years in a skilled, senior living community or hospitality
Foodservice Systems Experience strongly preferred
Professional Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively by phone and/or email and use web-enabled training tools
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Knowledge of Long Term Care Food Service Operations and Resident data management
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear.
The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
