The Senior EAM Inventory Specialist is responsible for EMOP/EAM/Materials Management support to ensure the long term success and maximum benefit of those investments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Primary subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle warehouse module for Enterprise owned and managed warehouses.
Creates and maintains warehouses within the Enterprise computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Manages new inventory and existing inventory changes.
Primary Enterprise contact for the corporate materials management process.
Controls the inventory approval records and documents within Oracle.
First tier of support for the inventory section of the Enterprise portal.
Second tier of corporate inventory support.
Proposes upgrades and supports future revisions to the warehouse module.
Creates and delivers warehouse training.
Develops, reviews, and approves processes and procedures governing the warehouse modules.
Represents the field warehouses to other Enterprise stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Information Technology, Accounting, Audit, and Sourcing).
Member of the Enterprise Maintenance Optimization Process team.
Primary liaison between corporate, operations, accounting and any other team affected by the materials management process.
Provide technical knowledge on advanced functions of the Oracle inventory module.
Responsible for the OBI Inventory reporting dashboard.
Leader of the company-wide inventory SME team.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of warehouse inventory management experience is required.
Knowledgeable in all warehouse/inventory functions.
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as, percentages, ratios and proportions is required.
Basic computer skills such as: developing and updating content in MS Word documents and Excel spreadsheets is required. Experience in a CMMS such as Oracle, SAP, or EMPAC is highly desirable.
Ability to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and execute multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at all levels of the organization, in a businesslike and professional manner is required.
The ability to modify communication style in order to influence, persuade, negotiate, and engage all parties according to the audience and circumstances is required.

The ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, dependability and commitment to the role, team and company.
Ability to travel domestically, up to 10-20% of the time is required.
