Public Accountants wanted for our west side Exploration and Production client to fill an SEC Reporting Accountant on their team on a full-time basis. The SEC Reporting Accountant will be responsible for many aspects of external reporting and you will lend your skills to developing and implementing accounting policies. In addition, you will take part in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and look over schedules for the reporting processes. This position is very complex as it plays a part in the production of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets. This will be an outstanding opportunity to learn SEC reporting as you will be part of a team of 3 (including you) professionals with Big 4 experience and combined 20 plus years of SEC reporting, and you will work on challenging issues.
